Plant & Works Engineering Magazine Content Managed Website

Initial Situation: As a one of the leading engineering magazines in the UK, Plant and Works Engineering (PWE) required a website that reflected its position as providing high-quality news-led editorial.

Critical Issue: The PWE website needed to create a news-led feel, offering visitors; news; fully searchable archive material; ease of use; printable - news style documents; a directory database, and recruitment search engine. It also needed to offer numerous advertising space throughout the site for potential revenue opportunities.

Service we provided: Through a close working partnership with Plant and Works Engineering magazine, Immersive designed a website that met these requirements, offering its professional advice and guidance to improve functionality.

Because of the nature of a news-led website, where information needs to be updated regularly, Immersive has also designed an easy-to-use admin panel for regular information updates, making the whole process of adding numerous stories easier and faster. It has also taken account of the need to ensure maximisation of advertising opportunities throughout the website.

Initial issue: Sensus3 is a small IT company in south-west London which earlier this year was expanding both in number of staff and in services offered, and wanted a corporate redesign and new Website to coincide with this.
