Do you need money to finance your business or to assist in the purchase of a business or asset?

How?

We have a panel of over 55 lenders who are actively looking to lend money to businesses. When you tell us what you are looking to achieve and the type of loan you want, we select the lenders that specialise in the type of commercial loan you are seeking and start to prepare applications on your behalf. We get from you all the necessary financial statements and plans to submit to the lender. We negotiate with the lenders to get the best terms for the loan and present the options to you. Once you have selected the loan agreement best suited to your objectives we arrange for you to sign the paper work and receive the money.

Types of loans and amounts

We arrange loans up to £10,000,000. The key questions are what will the money be used for and how will you secure the loan. Security can be assets, debtor book, future cash flows, property and / or investments. Each deal has its own dynamics so please call to discuss.

The interest charge depends on the lenders assessment and the nature and the terms of the loan.

How much?

We charge an up front fee for making the loan application of £200. Once the loan is approved we charge a fee for the successful completion of the application.

How soon?

Commercial loans can be arranged in less than a week but sometimes they can take up to 8 weeks. To reduce the time it takes you should have all the necessary financial statements prepared and available.
